Nani Kahua is just three blocks up from Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III, in a very nice residential area. The cottage is set off by itself with Plumeria trees and beautiful garden setting. The cozy cottage is air conditioned for those warm summer months, with ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Rates are as follows:
Low Season
- Weekly rate of $700.00 from April 15 through December 14.
- $110.00/night for 5 to 6 nights from April 16 through December 14.
- High Season
- Weekly rate of $770.00 plus tax from December15 through April 14.
- $120.00/night for 5 to 6 nights.
- Two week minimum over Christmas and New Year's.
- All rates plus Hawaii State taxes.
- Check-in time is 3:30 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M. (unless otherwise agreed upon)
- A $200 deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. (60 days for dates that include a holiday) A full refund, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, is available if notified 30/60 days prior to arrival.
